Thank you for considering Centurion Hospice Conference Centre for your next event. 

Located in Centurion on the corner of Clifton Avenue and North Street, Lyttelton, our conference centre seats around 36 – 40 people depending on the layout.  It has Wi-Fi connectivity and on-site parking with security staff to ensure that patrons and vehicles are safe.

The room is fully equipped with an overhead projector, whiteboard and flipcharts, and offers good value for money.   Our in-house caterer offers excellent catering options from finger lunches to full sit down dinners.  Alternatively meals can be obtained from an on-site coffee shop.

Our prices are highly competitive and can be negotiated for repeat hiring.

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Venue Rental:

Full day (5 hours or more)                                                                                        R750-00 excluding VAT

Half Day (less than 5 hours including evening bookings)                                  R450-00 excluding VAT

PLUS R20 per person for bottled water, mints, pens and paper (if required).

All prices include the provision of the overhead projector and flipchart and are exclusive of VAT.

Special rates can be negotiated for multiple day or regular bookings.

 

Refreshments:

Tea and Coffee per serving per person                                                   R15-00

Biscuits and Rusks per serving per person                                             R15-00

Muffins, snacks and finger bites per person                                          R30-00

 

Meals:

Light Lunches per delegate                                                                          R75-00

OR we can customise to suit your requirements.

Cancellation Policy:

In the unlikely event that you may need to cancel your event, please note that written cancellation 5 working days before the event is required.   If you cancel within the 3 days before the day of the actual event, you will be held liable for 50% of the rental fee.  Should you need to cancel on the last 2 days before the event, you will be held liable for the full rental and catering fees.

Please ensure that you receive an acknowledgement in writing that your cancellation notification had been received by Centurion Hospice.
