Criteria for Registration

Centurion Hospice provides care in the patient’s home and when it is unavoidable admits patients to hospitals and hospices with which it has a cooperative agreement.

Centurion Hospice provides medical palliative care to persons diagnosed with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses including (not limited to):

• Cancer


• Progressive Neurological Disorder

• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

• End-stage heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases

• Motor Neuron Disease (MDR)
